Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, or

  • The wrong item was sent.

In those cases, we’ll cover return shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We'll send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.
